Thanks for your question. If you want to avoid the cleavage between the breasts, it is not the point whether the implants are placed subglandular or submuscular plane. Whether they are in dual plane or subfascial, the cleavage should be there. So I recommend you to take another surgery to cover you breast envelope -like fat graft on the cleavage. Some doctors graft the fat and augment the breast at the same time, but other doctors augment the breast and graft the fat after the 1st surgery. Whatever, you had better think about the secondary surgery to improve your breast cleavage. The plane of implants are not for eliminating the sulcus.Good luck.
