Got a recent 2cm open wound on my eyebrow from blunt force trauma. Had it stitched (5 stitches) & noticed around 15-20 hairs (both fine & thicker hairs) slowly fall out (some on the stitch line) throughout the 1.5 weeks of recovery while cleaning the wound, applying vaseline/silicon gel & changing dressings despite being careful. Am I doing something wrong & will hair regrow on the stitched site? Should I wait or get transplant right away? What can I do for now to stimulate growth
