I got my braces off 5 days ago but was not given a retainer can my teeth shift in a week until I get my retainer?

I got my braces off 5 days ago but my orthodontist didn’t give me my retainer right away I get the retainer on Tuesday in 2 days, will my teeth shift in a week?
