My eyebrows have been falling out, please help

So I went to a diet in December I cut our chicken cause it was causing my eczema worse . Any meat makes it worse except for fish i eat fish almost everyday but I noticed out of nowhere my eyebrows have been falling out and not growing back like they normally would . I'm really worried I also have lost my period due to my weight loss , I don't wanna gain weight but idk what to do please help me I'm giving up hope

There are many reasons for eyebrow loss, so be sure to see a physician knowledgable about hair loss.  In women with eyebrow hair loss from weight loss, it is very very unusual to lose eyebrows  WITHOUT losing scalp hair too. Be sure to get a thorough check up - dozens of causes are possible. Based on your story, one must consider causes such as telogen effluvium and eczema are primary cause of brow loss, but other causes are always on the list with anyone with eyebrow loss including alopecia areata, frontal fibrosing alopecia trichotillomania. Telogen effluvium can be caused by weigh loss, thyroid problems, iron deficiency, medications. All women with weight loss and brow loss should get a blood test for thyroid problems, iron levels, zinc levels, vitamin D and a basic hemoglobin level.
