I had an open rhinoplasty done 12/06/2017. The aim was to lift the tip and remove the small bump on the bridge of my nose. To be honest I preferred my nose with the cast just removed because at least then it looked more defined. Now it looks like a massive blob on my face and I don't know if I'm gonna be stuck with this or it's just swelling? My tip has dropped loads. My nose wasn't really bad before and my surgeon dr lahoud said it wasn't really bad as well but it was more for my confidence.
