I am 6 months post op and im concerned that this will not change with time. Please advise

Thank you for your pictures and the question. 
  
You can still expect a slight decrease in edema, but your nose will not fundamentally change.  Be sure to keep in touch with your surgeon. Best of luck and take care!

Agree with you plus appears as a very very conservative result. You will need a secondary rhinoplasty, sorry...
