Two days ago i had surgery for my deviated septum and something with my sinuses, i have stitches in the tip of my nose but it’s completely numb and i have no feeling is that normal and will it go away

Hi hen786,At 3 days post septoplasty, you can smile and laugh as much as you want (lol). The reason why you feel tightness at 3days post-op is because this is usually the time when maximum swelling comes, but your recovery shouldn't be affected by laughing.

Thanks for posting your concerns. You must find an ENT provider that accepts your insurance. It should cover any functional airway surgery to improve your breathing. Without examining you, it is not possible to say exactly what needs to be done. Best of luck breathing better.
