Hi! I've read many texts saying that after having septoplasy the septum has deviated again with time (different times said from 1 to multiple years). Does the reason of having septoplasty affect the risk of septum deviating again (trauma vs genes)? Is there a chance it will stay as it is after surgery, and if not how many years are to be expected to deviation be renewed?

Thanks for posting your concerns. You must find an ENT provider that accepts your insurance. It should cover any functional airway surgery to improve your breathing. Without examining you, it is not possible to say exactly what needs to be done. Best of luck breathing better.
Not necessarily. If the headaches themselves are caused by the bone spur impacted into the side wall of the nose, removal of the bone spur will cure the sinus related headaches. These are not migraine type headaches.
