SculpSure is a body contouring device that helps permanently treat up to 25% of fat in the treated area. Although skin tightening has been observed after a SculpSure treatment, the SculpSure laser is not a skin tightening device. If your main concern is skin laxity, an in person consultation with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who can evaluate you, is best.
While SculpSure may provide some minimal skin tightening, it's main purpose is fat reduction. If loose skin, and not fat reduction, is your main goal, you may want to look at other options for treating this concern.
