I am considering a revision TT after an umbilical float. The surgeon is recommending placating all the way up, pulling down any lose skin so having a small scar where my current BB is as it is too low since the float and I don't have enough skin to take it to the incision line, and then making a man made BB. The concern with doing the full revision would be the BB would die so I am curious on feedback regarding making a new BB.
