Hi I am in my early 20’s my weight constantly fluctuated from gaining and losing weight which caused loss of muscle in my butt. It has caused me to have dents in the middle of both of my butt cheeks. I have a nice top shelf but towards the middle it’s dented and flat. I wanted to get sculptra to fill in the dents but I recently found out I have an MCTD. The dents are very noticeable in clothing what are suggestions? I’ve had no type of cosmetic procedures in the past
