Is it safe to get a dental implant when I know I will be getting routine brain MRIs?

I have a brain tumor on my brain stem. I got an MRI last October that revealed it. Because it is so deep we don't know the type of tumor. We want to start getting an MRI of my brain every 6 months to monitor it. I have a tooth that cracked and needs to be extracted and replaced with a dental implant. Is a dental implant safe to get since I will need brain MRI's?
