you can use everything for hair growth or fighting against fungal infections but you would most probably  get nothing . there are thousands of herbal substances or other remedies  that dont work but claims to stop hair loss ..

It's normal to be confused about Rosemary oil. We don't have all the answers. It does appear to have mild growth promoting properties. But mild.  It has been studied somewhat in male balding and alopecia areata. There are likely more consistently effective treatments you might consider.
