I have had a canthoplasty, brow lift and fat graft to the upper lid. I plan to get another fat graft as a touch up treatment but I am still unsatisfied with my lower eye shape. I don’t like that my eyes are still round and the lower lid seems unsupported. I want my eyes to be narrower and less round. Do I have bone deficiency? Do I need an infraorbital rim implant? Or do I need other procedures, like a temporal lift? Thank you.
