30/M c/o bilateral under eye circle, eye bags. Hx: social smoker (5 sticks/day,l) social drinker receives adequate sleep (>7 hours) exercises occasionally O/E: Noted darkening of skin under both eyes Noted slight hollowness under both eyes Nil wrinkling Question: 1. Am I a suitable candidate for lower blapheroplasty? 2. Are there other treatments I can consider to reduce the appearance of tired eyes?
