Sculptra/fat transfer or fillers? (Photo)

My looks have changed A LOT in the last 5 years and my face looks a lot longer, deflated and less womanly. It's something that causes me a lot of stress and embarrassment and I've been looking for a proper treatment for years. What would be the best option for me to look better? I'm nearly 30 years old.
