Do you think my volume loss in the midface can be addressed by Sculptra + HA filler? (Photo)

I've recently had major volume loss my midface as I've reached my late 20s, which has lead to me feel quite insecure about myself since I used to be a nice looking lad in my early 20s. I'm just wondering if several Sculptra sessions followed by Radiesse or Voluma can atleast reduce the imbalance between my lower and midface or do I need a facial fat transfer to the cheeks to address the issue? And if I do need a facial fat transfer, does leading an active lifestyle hamper results?
