When I was 9 yrs. old, my upper teeth were bumped into swing but I didn't go see dentist or anything. Can I do braces? (photos)

what is the best possible way i can do to solve this problem? Is it really impossible to do braces cuz of the extrem root? I want to fix the upper front two teeth, make the middle line straight nd fix the snaggle teeth. Or if my tooth root is so short, is it better to just do implant nd do braces? I'm 21yrs old.
