My first question is, why do you want to "re use hawley retainers" since you have the bonded ones? 
Second, has this been discussed with your orthodotist?  If you're teeth have moved WITH the bonded retainers on, this is something that your orthodontist should be made aware of.  They should be able to provide you with help. 

Invisalign can definitely help correct rotated teeth.  In conjuction with elastics, it can help correct your crossbite and overbite.

I would recommend that you pursue your treatment with an orthodontist who is well-versed in practicing with Invisalign. 

Congratulations to you that you're almost done with your treatment!!

Elastics are commonly used for bite correction. It's a possibility that the correction needed didn't occur and you'll need to postpone the removal of your braces.  Just be aware of the possiblity and don't be too disappointed if the braces don't come off.  

It's always a good thing to keep your orthodontist up to date with any changes (good or bad) in regards to your treatment.  

Without the attachments, it should be easier to put on or take off your aligner. 

Call your orthodontist (or whomever provided you with Invisalign) right away and let them know what's going on.  Tell them what number the aligner is and the issue. 

Always communicate with your provider first with any issue.  

As always, give your dentist a call to update them with your current situation.  

- Did you notice the bend before or after attempting to insert the aligner on your teeth?
- Is your dentist's office closed the next 3 days or they're not taking appointments for the next 3 days? I only ask because they can give you verbal tips over the phone.

That being said, there are options to try on your own.....

1. Call Invisalign and speak to a customer service representative and see what they say.
2. Attempt to straighten out the part that folded
3. Cut that part off and file down with an emery board to smooth the edges
4. When in doubt, just keep wearing the previous aligner until you're able to see your Invisalign provider.
