Best procedure for large/protruding chin without changing shape too much? (Photos)

My chin sticks out a lot and is kind of lumpy. I like the way it looks from the front when I smile without teeth or rest my face. But when I smile with teeth , my chin sticks out a lot, especially from the side. How can I get rid of / smooth out that excess fatty tissue without changing my chin shape too much? I'm tired of looking like I own a cauldron
