What procedure can I have done to make my jaw and chin area look like the picture with a filter? (Photos)

I feel like my face is too bottom heavy, chin and jaw area too big and long especially when I smile. What can I have done to correct this and look like the second picture? Genioplasty, v line surgery, jaw shaving, mandiboloplasty, etc??
