Question

I am 67 and in good health. I did not ask for this peel. It was suggested that I do this peel for improvement. But now face is much worse than when I went to their office!

It would be important to know the exact concentration of TCA used and, how long ago you were peeled,  what concentration of hydroquinone you are using, for how long and in what manner. The bottom line is that you would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist who will be able to prescribe an appropriate treatment regimen for you for what appears to be both postinflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and postinflammatory erythema (PIE), which may include the use of other skin lightening medications alone or combination with your current treatment, a series of superficial (non-TCA ) peels and/or manual, professionally-performed microneedling. Exercise a healthy amount of "buyer beware" if offered any of the current, expensive light or energy-based gizmo treatments as these are far more backed by heavy marketing hype and social media buzz than any hard science.
