The horizontal worry lines across the forehead have resulted from years of motion of the forehead (frontalis) muscle (i.e. dynamic wrinkling), which has left in its wake the etched, deep creases (static wrinkles) that are prominent in the photo. Botox can be used to address the dynamic component and filler the static component. TCA CROSS would be appropriate for the ice pick-like indentations seen scattered along and throughout this area of the forehead. You would be wise to consult and experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist, since the injection of filler in this region requires a very skilled injector. Treatment options that cause injury to the skin creating subsequent collagen formation is helpful such as laser therapy, microneedling, and even injectable fillers.
