Are the needles used in microneedling the same width/thickness as botox needles?

I want to get Agnes Rf done to remove fat from my face. However I am prone to keloids so I was wondering how thick these needles are. I have gotten botox injections in my jaw and I did not get any keloids from that. So is micro needling needles the same thickness as botox needles?
