Had Agnes FR and it left me with scars - what are my options now? (photo)

I had Agnes RF to help with matrionette / jowls / I dont know if it was actual migration of filler. But a bit over a month later and I'm left with this on the left side of my face. I live in K-Town. I don't know what to do.
