Age 29, male, with uneven jawline. Do I need jaw surgery? (photos)

I'm 29 male, and growing up I notice one side of my face (left) was a little bigger than the other side (right). When I look straight up I notice my jaw line is uneven. The left is shorter. And when I was little. The left side of my jaw will sometime hurts. Recently I started to do so face stretches and the left side was super tight. Now it okay but my jaw is still uneven causing my face to be uneven. I was a bigger kid when younger so it wasn't that noticable

There is no need to have a septoplasty with expansion. However, you may be misinterpreting the surgeon as well. There is a bone cut 'below' the septum in the procedure
