Thanks for sharing. In order to figure out how to stop and treat hair loss, one needs a diagnosis. There are many many reasons for hair loss and they are all treated a bit differently. So there is no one plan that helps every type of hair loss. For this reason, you need a formal diagnosis (or diagnoses). To diagnose the reason for hair loss in women, one needs three things. Without these three things it’s impossible to be 100 % confident in the diagnosis. You deserve to have a 100 % diagnosis so I’m not going to guess this or that. Anything would be guessing. What are the three things? These are 1) a full medical history from birth up until the present 2) review of the scalp up close and 3) review of blood tests. Unfortunately I don’t have any of these three items presented here so I can’t say what you have. I do thing the frontal hairline needs very close examination as well as other areas. If one is not confident with the diagnosis, a scalp biopsy (or two or three) can often prove useful. The view that “scalp biopsies are not so helpful” is nonsense when their is uncertainty in the diagnosis. Don’t forget that many women have 2, 3 or 4 diagnoses so you are looking for all the reasons for your hair loss not just the reason.
