I've wanted surgery to get rid of my hip dips since I was 12 ears old (I'll be 24 in a month) I've done so much research and yet am still overwhelmed by the amount of options when it comes to this procedure. Can anybody recommend the best option for what it is that I want? (I know I don't want Sculptra or any non-surgical fillers like that.) I’m 5’5” and about 200 lbs.
Answer: My Recomendation Dear VioletJean, thanks for sharing your concern and picture. I rather suggest Vaser Liposuction it provides high definition and tummy tuck with Muscle Repair, hips fat transfer and BBL will help with your concern about hips and provide with an awesome frame. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks! Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: How to get rid of hip dips Expect to get different opinions and different plastic surgeons. From my perspective the answer is very simple and straightforward. Do you need Liposuction from the hip dip up all the way to your shoulders. It may seem a bit excessive, but the truth is once you start reducing the fat layer on your torso it needs to remain consistent throughout your entire torso in order to look natural. Liposuction can easily remove your hips dip liposuction it needs to start at the center of the hip dip and up. I personally use the torso as a single anatomic unit, and generally prefer to treat the entire torso when doing Liposuction. By treating a single part of the torso, patient will be left with an abnormal fat distribution. That reason I generally prefer to treat the entire tour, so it’s a patients and left with an even stay in the fat distribution that’s consistent. A full torso includes upper abdomen, lower abdomen, love handles, waist, full back, and under arm or arm pit area all the way to the side of the breast. Delivering consistent quality, liposuction results is far more difficult than most people realize. Most plastic surgeons think they’re far better at Liposuction then they actually are. The number of plastic surgeons that mastered this procedure are in a small minority. Patient should be extremely selective when it comes to choosing a liposuction providers. I recommend you do so if I have a multiple in person consultations With local providers who seem do a lot of liposuction. During each consultation at each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Take careful notes regarding the quality and quantity of before and after pictures during each consultation. Being shown a handful of pre-selected images, representing the best results of a provider’s career is totally insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of that provider or how many of these procedures they’ve actually done. In reality, some of his masters, Liposuction should have thousands of before and after pictures to choose from. Having volume to someone who’s already overweight to fix the hip dips makes no sense in my opinion when you can I have a much improved, but I figure they well done Liposuction, but that comes from my perspective and I specialize exclusively in Liposuction. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of being selective when it comes to choosing plastic surgeons. That was section results very more than any other plastic surgery procedure depending on who you choose as a provider. Patients can be left disfigured from poorly done liposuction in the hands of board-certified plastic surgeons, and this happens regularly, unfortunately. Do not assume somebody has the skills and experience without seeing clear documentation, which should be seeing a collection of before and after pictures this seems like it goes on forever of consistent quality outcomes. There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider. The more consultations, you have the more likely you are to find the best provider. Considering how much variation there is in Liposuction skills, I highly recommend having at least five consultations before choosing a permanent irreversible body contouring procedure that can potentially leave people disfigured.
