Hello, I am a 39 year old female. I have an elongated chin bone on one side from an injury as a child as well as (what i think it excess soft tissue on that same side). I had a ct scan to confirm the chin bone is longer. Im wondering if rasping down the bone and removing the excess soft tissue is an option. If so, I’m also wondering what to expect for a recovery? Ie. how major is the procedure? Is compression typically required, soft food diet, bruising etc The last photo is the side profile of the shorter side which I am happy with (just to show the difference)
