IPL Indicated one wave-Length ; BBL covers and array of wave-lengths depending on the problem you are treating. We use IPL with velashape and BBL on faces, arms, etc.
BBL is broad-band light that covers an array of wavelengths. To me, none of these are that great for treating aesthetic skin issues because the wavelengths are very high. Most aesthetic skin issues are best targeted in the 500-600 range. IPL (intense pulsed light) targets those ranges much better.
