Microneedling combined with PRP works very well at stimulating new collagen production, reducing lines and scars. As we get older and especially if female hormones are lacking, it gets harder and harder to stimulate your own collagen production. You need to get an evaluation with an experienced physician. If your skin is well hydrated and you still have good volume, you can have microneedling, otherwise you might explore other options.Love your skin.
