The doctor zapped a broken capillary right under my eye several times. The broken capillary was improved a little but it's still there. We're 2 months post procedure and I still have swelling under that one eye. Is there anything I can do to help remove the swelling at this point? I'm very worried it's permanent. I wish I understood the mechanics of what the laser actually did there. It's a very thin-skinned spot. There were no blisters at the time of treatment.
