I prematurely peeled my skin day 3 after a Vi Peel, what will help to avoid damage? (Photo)

I got a VI Peel for the first time, and I missed the lart that says not to pick at peeling skin, Im very worried that I may end up with irritated cracked and worsened hyperpigmentation, the skin thats exposed is sensitive ans burns when I put on the protectant and the sunscreen. Is there any special care I can give my skin to aid in not causing damage for the remainder of the peel??? My skin that was prematurely peeled doesnt look damaged or dry at this tome nor red or damaged at all... HELP!

It is important not to pick at the skin after any kind of peel.  The skin will slough off naturally.  Having said that, at this point you should refrain from picking and use the products that came with the peel as directed.  You should avoid the areas where the skin is very pink and sensitive- only apply the moisturizer and sun screen to those areas to avoid further irritation.
