What are these lumps and how do I fix them? (Photos)

I've had a buccal fat pad removal already. I asked my doctor if these were the buccal fat he said no. Is it possible to get these lumps removed? What are they? They almost look like jowls but higher up. Plz help!!

Those are classic perioral subcutaneous fat collections (mounds) which are not affected by a buccal lipectomy procedure. They can be reduced by very small cannula liposuction.

You may consider a minor cannula liposuction, however, consult an experienced plastic surgeon for a physical examination for an ideal treatment that you should undergo.
