I've had a buccal fat pad removal already. I asked my doctor if these were the buccal fat he said no. Is it possible to get these lumps removed? What are they? They almost look like jowls but higher up. Plz help!!

I would try HA fillers to areas of your chin first with left buccal fat very minimal removal. Might add HA fillers to other side in area of buccal to try to gain symmetry. Best ONLY in person evaluations.
