Do I need chin lipo again or a neck lift? (Photo)

I’m 23 years old, last year I had chin lipo and I really liked the results at first but after awhile I started to notice a lot of loose/uneven skin that hasn’t gone away. Only time my jaw line looks more defined is when I stretch it or I'm looking up but when I’m looking down at my phone or reading a book the loose/uneven skin is so obvious. What are my options to fix this?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Much more information is needed, such as a better set of photographs from all angles, in addition to your height and weight. If you have excess fat deposits below the platysma muscle, then a surgical neck lift is going to be required to Remove that compartment of fat which liposuction cannot accomplish. A platysma-plasty is also performed to significantly improve the jawline. At age 23, your skintone is acceptable and no skin removal is required.

To make an assessment on the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
There’s an almost universal correlation between people, seeking chin and neck liposuction and having a facial skeletal imbalance based on having a small mandible or a mandible lacking in projection, in comparison, with their maxilla.
Most people this treatment do not have an abnormal fat distribution. The problem is based on bone structure and bone structure is the fundamental correct treatment to address the problem. For this reason soft tissue solutions will give a partial improvement at best.
The most successful procedures aim at treating the underlying primary problem.
Having a small mandible leads to a premature double chin, lack of jawline definition a dental overbite occlusion and premature jowl formation. 
When the mandible lacks sufficient forward projection the underlying platysma muscle drapes the neck in the more oblique fashion.
Chin augmentation will not advanced the body of the mandible, and does not reposition the platysma muscle.
Both patients and providers look for easier solutions, and therefore often select Liposuction as an appropriate compromise. Patients should recognize that the treatment lacks inherent justification because it doesn’t treat the underlying problem. That said well done Liposuction on patients who are exceptional candidates can lead to very high-quality outcomes. Well, a neck lift still does not treat the primary problem. It is a more comprehensive procedure that addresses three tissue variables rather than just one. A neck lift will suspend the platysma muscle tighten the skin, and can reduce both subcutaneous and sub platysmal fat.
Both assessments and treatments of the lower one third of the face is complex and inherently difficult. It is not Unusual for patients to hear different opinions from different providers regarding treatment options and why procedures, lack delivering, consistent quality outcomes.
