3 weeks ago, I did the Advanced Corrective Peel by Skinceuticals at a Medical Spa. I'm still experiencing redness around my mouth, and can even see a demarcation line. Is this permanent?

Thanks for the question and picture.  The amount of redness that is acceptable after a chemical peel depends on the depth of the peel and you skin characteristics, as well as the products you are using.  I would tell the medical spa about your issues, and ask to see the doctor about this, as an in person exam and more detailed history can help reduce the redness or get you on the right path.  Sometimes it's just a little stronger steroid cream that is required.

I would discuss with your provider. I don't think 3 weeks is good for the skin and would consider looking into why this is happening. Are the products you are currently using causing this? If no products, consider topical steroids or vascular laser.
