Sculptra to smooth out dents in buttocks but have silicone injections from 10 years ago?

Can I get sculptra injections if I already have silicone injections? Is it safe and wont migrate? I was told no fat injections bbl if have silicone. But how about sculptra? My butt is starting to get loose looking can I do sculptra for hips and dents safely? It won't cause hypercalcemia will it?
