The world has seen Endermologie, Veloashape, Cellfina and Kwo. Personally I don’t believe any of these technologies truly address the issue of cellulite formation or the mechanics behind it. A cellulite dimple is created by a tether which anchors the skin to the muscle. even if the tether is released and the skin looks smoother at first, a void is created and the skin gets pulled back in making the procedure completely ineffective. In order to truly correct a cellulite dimple, one has to release the tether and fill the void with either fat or another filler. The best filler besides fat in my opinion is Sculptra.
