How can I improve the skin texture on the corners of my mouth? (Photo)

What is causing this skin texture and how do I improve it? Have it on both corners of mouth started about 5 years ago and slowly gotten worse. Saw a cosmetic derm last year who said it’s sebaceous hyperplasia. Did 2 treatments of Agnes RF but saw no difference. Please help.

Moxi is a ligher laser and helps with pores, we love it every 4-8 weeks along with peels between at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging. For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/Halo, Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8/PiXel8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Thanks for your question and photo. 
The skin texture on the corners of your mouth could be caused by several factors such as genetics, sun damage, smoking, aging, and various medical conditions. Sebaceous hyperplasia is a common condition that causes enlarged oil glands, resulting in raised bumps or lesions on the skin.
Since you have already received treatment for sebaceous hyperplasia with Agnes RF, but didn't see any improvement, it is possible that the skin texture is caused by another underlying condition or simply due to aging.
To improve the skin texture on the corners of your mouth, you could try the following steps:
Moisturize: Applying a moisturizer regularly can help to hydrate the skin and improve its texture.
Sun protection: Protecting your skin from the sun can prevent further damage to the skin and promote skin healing. Always wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
Exfoliation: Regular exfoliation ( like skin peeling ) can help to remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and improve the skin's texture. However, be gentle when exfoliating and avoid using harsh scrubs that can cause irritation.
Hydration: Drinking plenty of water can help to keep the skin hydrated, healthy, and promote skin healing.
In my clinical practice I also advice Morpheus 8 than can enhance the skin texture and minimize skin irregularities. Morpheus 8 involves microneedling and Radiofrequency and could be quite discomfort at high level of energy for better results. For this reason, in our clinic , Morpheus 8 is  performed by a doctor with experience in local anesthetic infiltration to reduce the discomfort.
I would advice to have a consultation with a qualified and experienced doctor to discuss the best options for your individual needs and goals.

These skin irregularities are likely caused by acne and other inflammatory skin conditions. Microneedling was specifically developed to help these irregularities. I think this would be an excellent place to start.
