I am 52. I’ve lost volume in my face so I want to get Vivace micro-needling. I’m trying to find out how beneficial it is to have PRP done with it. The PRP really makes the cost much higher and I can’t find definitive information that it’s worth the extra cost. I would love some expert opinions. I also don’t really understand what it does.
