I am looking into getting either vivace or ultherapy done and not sure which way to go. Which is better for wrinkles?

I had plasmapen done around my eyes and feel that it made my skin and wrinkles worse. Out of these two procedures are there more side effects to one than the other and which is better for wrinkles, fine lines and tightening?
