I had upper jaw surgery three years ago. The surgeon changed his mind from doing DJS to just upper and the knock on effect on my surrounding features has been awful. Long story short it looks like I've had botched cosmetic surgery and my face looks very unnatural. I want to move both jaws back 3-4mm to where they would be had I been given DJS in the first place with potential rotation if necessary. Is this possible? Is there any extra risks?
