Following my rhinoplasty, I had a reaction to the stitches which resulted in an infection. Now that this has cleared, it appears as though the stitches in the left side of my columellar split a little, leaving an unsightly gap. It has been 3 weeks and 2 days since the operation. I know time is required, but I cannot see how this will improve - if it is indented (flattening scars is a different matter, I understand), Any oadvice or care suggestions? what's the outlook? Thank you in advance!
