It's been well over 2 years since my blepharoplasty and my scars are still bumpy in the areas where the sutures were placed. I tried CO2 laser but no visible improvement. I believe the cause may be scar tissue formed over the sutures because after CO2 i could see tiny holes from the sutures still present. Would a scar revision help? I would appreciate any recommendations to smooth the scars. I used silicone scar gel throughout the healing process. Thanks in advance
