Primary rhinoplasty 18 months post-op. I loved my nose at 2 Months post op (Picture 1). From 3 months post op, I started to not like my nose as much. Surgeon has not been too helpful in addressing my concerns, advising to send pictures when I am 2 years post op. However, if you compare the pictures it is clear that something has gone wrong and I will never get the nose back that I had at two months. In your expert opinions, what issues do I have with my nose and what has caused it.
