I am a 47 year old woman who has not treated any skin on my neck. My face looks ok but I have noticed very deep horizontal neck lines/wrinkles that I want to treat. My question is can none surgical treatments work ton tighten the skin and boost collagen e.g laser treatment, skin boosters and dermal fillers or do I need a neck lift?
