There are 2 worst case scnearios:1. Either the thread is place too supercial, in the plane that it should not be and have the risk of popping out or seeing the thread trough the skin 2. have it to deep in the glandular tissue (all the mamary tissue is hipodermis and glands) and dont have any effect in the lifting whatsoever
I don´t recommend threads on brest tissue, even though there's medical data available, the results are minimal depending on the patient
