Will a thread lift fix my asymmetric brows/eyelids? (Photo)

There is a small asymmetry in position of your brows and their shape. They are both high and this need to be balanced. Very likely that selective Botox injection would help but you need an expert not an injector. . I do not see any reason for brow lift of any kind in particular tread lift. Hope this helps.

The brows are relatively "heavy" in terms of facial soft tissues. An experienced Botox injector can help achieve symmetry on a temporary basis, while an endoscopic brow lift by an experienced Facial Plastic Surgeon will do so on a permanent basis. Threadlifts are expensive and temporary and often ineffective. Take a nice vacation before doing threadlifts!
