Question

I’m a black african women thinking of having lipo360, potentially abroad in the US or Asia, as the results seem better to the UK. I am very tall 6’2 and 128kg so have a high risk BMI. Many people feel i dont look my weight and I feel its due to my height and my weight distribution. Im 23 and intend to have kids in the future so im nervous that a doctor might say i need a tummy tuck. I am large in the belly and back area with rolls, im someone who gains and drops weight very easily/quickly. I personally feel i do not have any loose skin however once the lipo is done I probably will do, due to having an overhang belly. I actually have nothing against sagging skin since I dont typically wear things that show my stomach anyway. I’ve lost weight before and did not have sagging skin. Im still in the process of losing weight using GLP1 and will probably use it for another 6 months so far ive lost 12kg. mpictures i see of lipo with my body type include a tummy tuck so not sure if its a requirement with the type of body I have. I’d also like to know about recovery, i work from home but sometimes need to be in the office can I sit at a desk or will it give me folds if I sit at my chair, could the compression garments be affected etc. Also what is recovery like with a breast list and implant completed alonside the Lipo. Your breasts appear large and low on the chest wall. This adds extra volume to your upper abdomen. You may benefit from a breast lift called the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time or later, you can undergo liposuction. Remember liposuction only removes fat, not excess hanging skin. The skin may hang and you may need a tummy tuck or circumferential body lift.

Thank you for sharing your details so openly. Honestly, at a higher-risk BMI liposuction is both less safe and less satisfying &mdash; contour and results are much better, and complication risk lower, after some weight reduction first, so many surgeons would ask you to lose weight before operating rather than refuse outright. From your current photos, what is clear is that liposuction alone would not be enough &mdash; you would also need a tummy tuck. When I look at your belly button, it has taken on what we describe as a "sad face" appearance, which tells me you already have a skin excess in that area, and as the fat is reduced this will only become more pronounced with further sagging. It is better to assess this properly after you have lost the weight. And one important thing to know: even though a tummy tuck would not prevent you from having children, a future pregnancy can undo the result, so that is something to factor into your timing.
