1.5 years post nose job - do I have inverted V deformity? (Photos)

It’s be about a year and a half since my nose job and I feel like I’ve got an inverted v deformity. I’ve messaged my surgeon and waiting for him to get back. But I wanted to also ask on here

Hi @DerekR! I recommend that my rhinoplasty patients are off of Accutane for 6 months prior to surgery to prevent delayed would healing. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
